This beach villa in St. Andrews Common, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, S.C. has been owned by the Philpott family from Atlanta, Georgia for 8 years. We think of it as a home away from home and have had many satisfied guests coming back over the years. We have been using the same cleaning service for years, and they have never failed to keep the place clean and tidy, or to be available if needed.
The St. Andrews Common villa complex is first on the right as you drive into the Palmetto Dunes private resort. It has won several awards for having the nicest landscaping in Palmetto Dunes, and you will be thrilled to find the privacy and natural surroundings of the lagoon and sea pines to be quite relaxing.
